Pat Mullen started Hertford Picture Framing in 1973, working from a shop premises in Green Street, which is now the Birchley Green shopping precinct - Some of our customers remember us there!

Paul Goddard Joined Pat in 1978. in 1983 we moved to the present location in Fore street. Mark Presland joined Pat and Paul in 1984.

We pride ourselves in offering a very friendly and personal framing dervice. Between us we have over 75 years worth of experience in the industry. All work is carried out on the premises by ourselves, which assures quality and attention at all times. We strive to offer customers frames and pictures that follow modern style and trends, but still give an 'old fashion' service tailored to individual needs.
